Our new 2021 Brut Cuvée hails from the Corralitos area of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Crafted in true Méthode Champenoise, this beautiful Chardonnay-based sparkling wine shows characteristics of preserved lemon, brioche, and apple skin, while the palate focuses on bright citrus, lime zest, and honeycrisp apple. This Brut Cuvée is an exciting and much requested permanent addition to the Stewart Cellars line-up, and we are delighted to share it with you

VINEYARDS: 80% Regan Vineyard Chardonnay,  20% Lester Deer Park Ranch Pinot Noir

APPELLATION: Corralitos - Santa Cruz Mountains

HARVEST DATE: August 2021

FERMENTATION: Whole-cluster pressed and settled overnight, stainless fermented.

AGING/COOPERAGE: 12 months in Neutral French oak barrels, 12 months en tirage
